The Center is located in Taoyuan, the city where the Taoyuan International Airport (also known as Taipei Airport) is located. Through the biggest international airport in Taiwan, over 30 million person times arrived in and departed from this country annually. Therefore, Taoyuan is also called the "Door of Taiwan." The city is located approximately 40 km southwest of Taipei in northern Taiwan and occupies an area measuring 1,120 km. The Center is located right on the Provincial Highway stretching from the north to the south of Taiwan, with convenient traffics extending to various places on the island.
The facilities at the Center include a conference room, a classroom, a computer room, a dining room, a dormitory area, a common room, a kitchenette, a gym and an outdoor basketball/volleyball court.
